Event Details

Monsters of Pork brings together some of Boston's 'masters of meat' for an educational evening of pork butchery demonstrations, porky treats, and tasty beverages. The demonstrations will cover where on the pig different cuts come from, how to prepare these cuts, and possibly a look at "how the sausage is made".

On 10/6 the Monsters of Pork are very excited to feature Chef Jacky Robert from host restaurant Petit Robert Central. Your $20 ticket includes access to the demonstrations, passed appetizers, and complimentary beverages from 7-8 PM courtesy of Rain Organic Vodka.
